Before We Start

This page teaches fundamentals. If you want the 7TRB operating system (wallets, treasury, tribes, merchants, circulation), go to How 7TRB Works.

Best Practice

  • Test small first: send a tiny transaction before doing anything big.
  • Protect the keys: store seed phrase offline. Never screenshot. Never DM it.
  • Verify contracts: use the official explorer link from this website — don’t trust random DMs.

If you can’t verify it, don’t trust it. That’s the whole survival rule.

Crypto 101 — The Core Ideas

1) What is crypto?

Crypto is money on a public ledger. Instead of a bank keeping the records, a network keeps the records.

2) What is a blockchain?

A blockchain is a public database of transactions. Once recorded, it’s extremely hard to change. That’s the “trust layer.”

3) What makes a coin go up or down?
  • Supply + demand is the main driver.
  • Thin liquidity = price can move wildly.
  • Utility (real use), trust (transparency), and distribution (not whale-owned) matter long term.
4) What’s “gas”?

Gas is the small network fee to process transactions. Every chain has a gas token (ETH on Ethereum, $AKE on Alkebuleum).

How to Use 7TRB (Basics)

This is the “quick start.” The full setup (treasury rules, merchants, redemption) is in the Field Manual page.

  1. Install a wallet: use AmVault (Alkebuleum ecosystem) or another supported wallet.
  2. Add the right network: make sure you’re on the chain where 7TRB lives.
  3. Get gas: keep a little gas token for transactions (example: $AKE on Alkebuleum).
  4. Add 7TRB token: use the official contract address from the Transparency section / explorer link.
  5. Use it: earn, spend with merchants, or contribute to projects.

Safety & Wallet Security

Seed Phrase Rules

  • Write it on paper. Store offline. Never screenshot.
  • Never share it. No admin, no support, nobody needs it.
  • Consider 2 copies in separate safe places.

Scam Radar

  • Random DMs offering “help.”
  • Fake airdrops / fake support forms.
  • Clone websites — always check the URL.

Common Myths

“Crypto is all scams.”

Scams are real. The defense is verification + transparency. If you can’t verify it, don’t touch it.

“If I lose my phone, I lose my crypto.”

You recover the wallet with your seed phrase. Phone lost ≠ coins lost.

“It’s anonymous crime money.”

Most chains are public ledgers. Transactions are traceable. Don’t confuse “addresses” with “invisible.”

“Crypto is illegal.”

Rules vary by country/state. This isn’t legal/tax advice — you’re responsible for local compliance.

Glossary (Plain Language)

Wallet — An app that holds your keys (your access). Protect the seed phrase.

Gas — Network fee to run transactions.

DEX / CEX — Places to trade (decentralized vs centralized exchange).

Liquidity — How easily something buys/sells without wild price changes.

Treasury — Community funds controlled by rules + voting.

DAO — Governance system: proposals + votes = action.

Risk Disclosure

  • No promises: value can go up or down.
  • Not financial advice: do your own research.
  • You are your own bank: security is your responsibility.
